Terms of use

Last updated on 4 November 2026.

1. Who we are

This site and the game Ebbforge are made by Nexon Solutions CommV, Hulstsestraat 127, 2431 Laakdal, Belgium, enterprise number 1043.270.830 (RPR Antwerp, Turnhout division, VAT BE 1043.270.830). Contact: danny.v@nexonsolutions.be, +32 496 34 01 04.

2. Your account

An account is free. You must give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Your player name may not be offensive or pretend to be someone else.

3. Access to the game

An account does not automatically give access to the game. Every download is approved by hand, and we decide who gets access. We can withdraw access at any time, for example when testing ends or when these terms are broken. You can always delete your account yourself.

4. What you may do with the game

While you are approved, you may install and play the game for your own use, and play together with others. The game is free of charge at this stage. All rights stay with Nexon Solutions and its licensors. You may not pass on, sell or publish the game or your update key, and you may not extract its parts or try to get around access checks.

5. A game in development

Ebbforge is unfinished. Things may change, break or disappear, and a new version may not work with older worlds. Keep that in mind with worlds you care about. We don't promise that the game or the site will always be available.

6. Liability

Because the game is free and unfinished, we provide it as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of worlds, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or bodily injury, or rights that consumers cannot waive under mandatory law.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or on the site. Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of our registered office, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, including going to the courts of your own place of residence.
