1. Who we are

2. What we process, and why

We don't ask for more than this. Your worlds and saves stay on your own PC and do not come to us. When the game checks for a new version, the server sees your IP address, as with any website visit.
3. Who else sees your data
We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. The site runs on a server managed by Nexon Solutions. Emails about your account are sent through our email provider, which acts as a processor. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. If a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Cookies
The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in, so it does not ask for consent. They are first-party, named better-auth.session_token (with the prefix __Secure- on HTTPS), and last up to 30 days. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images come from this site, not from third parties.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You can change your name and delete your account yourself on your account page. For everything else, mail danny.v@nexonsolutions.be; we answer within one month.

6. Security
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, attempts are limited, and administrator actions are logged. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we report it to the authority within 72 hours where required, and we tell you when the GDPR requires that.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes. The current version is always on this page.
